These Terms & Conditions apply to FrendzLive, a product operated by Zoiwo, a partnership firm with its business address at 113 Viman Vihar, Toll Tax, Pratap Nagar, Sanganer, Jaipur, Rajasthan – 302033, India ("Zoiwo", "we", "us"). By creating an account, purchasing credits or a service, or using FrendzLive, you agree to these Terms.
About these Terms
FrendzLive is a brand and service of Zoiwo. It is not a separate company. References to "FrendzLive" mean the FrendzLive platform, website and related services operated by Zoiwo.
These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy and 18+ / Community & Safety Policy.
Eligibility (18+ only)
FrendzLive is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, purchase credits or a service, or use FrendzLive. By using FrendzLive you confirm that you are 18 or older and legally able to enter into this agreement. We may ask you to confirm your age and may suspend or close any account we reasonably believe belongs to a minor.
Your account
You are responsible for providing accurate account information, keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly at support@zoiwo.com if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. Accounts are personal and must not be shared, sold or transferred.
Our services
FrendzLive provides one-to-one live consultation and conversation sessions between users and available hosts/consultants, and live streams in which a host broadcasts to many viewers at once. Permitted categories may include astrology consultation, general conversation, random talk, personal discussion and other permitted categories shown on the platform. Features and categories may change over time.
Live streams
Hosts and consultants may go live and broadcast a stream to many viewers. Each host decides whether to offer one-to-one sessions, live streams or both. Live streams are free to watch for users aged 18 or older; credits are used only for one-to-one sessions unless a different charge is clearly shown before you pay. Live streams are not recorded or saved for replay by FrendzLive. Everything in these Terms and the 18+ / Community & Safety Policy applies to live streams, including to anything a host shows or says and anything a viewer posts. We may end a live stream or restrict an account that breaks these rules.
Hosts and consultants
You may choose an available host or consultant based on the information presented on FrendzLive. One-to-one sessions are charged as per each host's plan, according to the platform's commercial model, and the rate is displayed before you connect. Unless expressly stated with verified details, hosts and consultants are not presented as licensed doctors, psychologists, financial advisors, lawyers or other certified professionals, and their sessions are not professional advice.
Payments
All payments for FrendzLive credits and services are made by the customer to Zoiwo / FrendzLive. You do not pay hosts or consultants directly, and hosts do not receive your payment directly. Zoiwo separately handles host and consultant compensation under its own commercial arrangements. Payments are processed through third-party payment processors.
Credits
Where FrendzLive uses credits, you purchase credits and use them for eligible one-to-one sessions and services on the platform. Credits are consumed according to the rates displayed on the platform at the time of use. Credits have no cash value outside FrendzLive, cannot be transferred to another account, and are not redeemable for cash except where required under the Refund & Cancellation Policy or applicable law.
Pricing
Applicable prices, credit packs and session rates are displayed on the platform before you make a purchase or start a session. Prices are in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise and include applicable taxes where indicated. We may change prices for future purchases; changes do not affect purchases already completed.
Payment failures and order acceptance
A purchase is complete only when the payment is confirmed by the payment processor. If a payment fails or is pending, credits are not added; any amount debited for a failed payment is normally reversed by your bank or payment processor, and you can contact support@zoiwo.com for help. We may decline or cancel a purchase where we reasonably suspect fraud, misuse or a pricing or technical error; in that case any amount received for the cancelled purchase is refunded to the original payment method.
Delivery of credits and services
FrendzLive services are digital. Credits are added to your account after successful payment and sessions are delivered online. Nothing is shipped. See the Shipping & Delivery Policy.
Refunds and cancellations
Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. In summary: FrendzLive provides a 7-day refund request period for eligible failed, technical, duplicate-payment, or genuine service-related payment issues. This is not a general money-back guarantee, and unused credits are not automatically refundable.
Chargebacks and payment disputes
If you have a problem with a payment, please contact support@zoiwo.com first so we can resolve it quickly. Raising a chargeback or payment dispute for a purchase that was successfully delivered and consumed may lead to suspension of the account while the dispute is reviewed. This does not limit any right you have under applicable law or your bank's rules.
Prohibited conduct
FrendzLive is intended for legitimate consultation and conversation services only. You must not use FrendzLive for, or engage in:
- Sexual services or adult services of any kind
- Pornographic or sexually explicit content
- Sexual solicitation
- Escort or prostitution services
- Sexual exploitation
- Any content or activity involving minors
- Harassment, bullying or intimidation
- Threats of any kind
- Fraud, scams or payment misuse
- Impersonation of any person or organisation
- Illegal activity
- Abusive, hateful or degrading conduct
- Any other activity prohibited by applicable law
Adult and sexual services
Sexual services, adult services, pornographic content, sexual solicitation and escort or prostitution services are strictly prohibited on FrendzLive. FrendzLive is not a dating, adult-entertainment or escort platform.
Minors
Use of FrendzLive by anyone under 18 is strictly prohibited. Any content or activity involving minors is strictly prohibited and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
Harassment, fraud and illegal activity
Harassment, threats, abusive conduct, fraud, impersonation, payment misuse and any illegal activity are prohibited. You must comply with all applicable laws when using FrendzLive.
Call and stream recording
FrendzLive does not record 1-to-1 calls or live streams. You must not record, capture or share any session, live stream or other participant without their consent and in compliance with applicable law. Limited technical and service information is processed as described in the Privacy Policy.
Account restriction, suspension and termination
If you breach these Terms or our policies, or if we reasonably suspect fraud, misuse or unlawful activity, we may warn you, restrict features, suspend or terminate your account or service access, in accordance with these Terms and applicable law. You may stop using FrendzLive at any time and may ask us to close your account by emailing support@zoiwo.com.
Intellectual property
The FrendzLive and Zoiwo names, logos, website, software and content are owned by or licensed to Zoiwo. You may not copy, modify, distribute or use them except as needed to use the service normally.
Third-party services and payment processors
Payments are processed by third-party payment processors and banks, which have their own terms and privacy policies. FrendzLive may also rely on third-party hosting, communication and technical service providers. We are not responsible for the independent acts of those third parties, subject to applicable law.
Astrology disclaimer
Astrology consultations provided through FrendzLive are intended for personal consultation, informational and/or entertainment purposes. They should not be considered a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, psychological or other qualified professional advice. No specific outcome is promised or guaranteed. Disclaimers
FrendzLive is provided on an "as available" basis. We work to keep the service running but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any host or consultant will be available at a particular time. Views expressed by hosts, consultants or users are their own. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law that cannot be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Zoiwo is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of FrendzLive, and our total liability relating to a transaction is limited to the amount you paid for that transaction. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, disputes relating to these Terms or FrendzLive are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan. Before starting any formal proceedings, please contact us at support@zoiwo.com so we can try to resolve the issue.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when they last changed. Material changes will be communicated on the website or platform. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
