Strict 18+ requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to use FrendzLive. Users must confirm they meet the minimum age requirement before accessing applicable services. FrendzLive is not marketed to minors, and we may close any account we reasonably believe belongs to someone under 18.
No minors
Any use of FrendzLive by minors, and any content or activity involving minors, is strictly prohibited and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
What is not allowed
The following are prohibited on FrendzLive:
- Sexual services or adult services
- Pornography or sexually explicit content
- Sexual solicitation
- Escort or prostitution services
- Exploitation of any person
- Harassment or bullying
- Threats
- Fraud, scams or payment misuse
- Impersonation
- Illegal activity
- Abusive, hateful or degrading conduct
What FrendzLive is for
FrendzLive is for respectful one-to-one consultation and conversation sessions, and live streams, in permitted categories such as astrology consultation, general conversation, random talk and personal discussion. It is not a dating, adult-entertainment or escort platform.
Follow the law
All users, hosts and consultants must follow applicable law when using FrendzLive.
Live stream rules
Every rule on this page applies to live streams. Hosts are responsible for what they show and say while live, and viewers for anything they post. Live streams are for users aged 18 or older only. We may end a live stream immediately and restrict the account if it breaks these rules.
Call and stream recording
FrendzLive does not record 1-to-1 calls or live streams. Do not record or share another participant's session or a host's live stream without their consent and in compliance with applicable law.
Enforcement
Violations may lead to warnings, feature restrictions, suspension or termination of the account or service access, in accordance with the Terms & Conditions and applicable law. Where required, we may report matters to the appropriate authorities.
Report a concern
To report a safety concern or a violation of this policy, email support@zoiwo.com with the subject line "Safety report" and include as much detail as you can (account names, date and time, whether it was a 1-to-1 session or a live stream, and a description). Reports are reviewed by our team.
