Call and stream recording
FrendzLive does not record 1-to-1 calls or live streams. We do not store the audio or video content of one-to-one sessions or live streams, and live streams are not saved for replay. However, normal technical and service information about sessions and live streams (such as the time, duration, participants' account identifiers and credits used) is processed for account operation, billing, security, fraud prevention, customer support, platform functionality and legal compliance.
Payment processing and card details
Payments are processed by third-party payment processors. Card, UPI, net-banking and similar payment details are entered with and handled by those processors under their own security standards and privacy policies. We receive only the information needed to confirm, reconcile, refund or investigate transactions.
