How FrendzLive pricing works. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are shown before you pay.
How pricing works
- Buy credits or a service. You purchase a credit pack or an applicable paid service on FrendzLive. The customer pays Zoiwo / FrendzLive, never the host directly.
- See the rate before you connect. One-to-one sessions are charged as per each host's plan. Per-minute (or per-session) rates vary by host/consultant and are displayed on the host's profile in FrendzLive before you connect.
- Use credits for sessions. Credits are deducted for eligible one-to-one sessions according to the displayed rate. Your remaining balance is visible in your account.
Live streams are free to watch. No credits are deducted for watching a host's live stream. Each host decides whether to offer one-to-one sessions, live streams or both.

Prices displayed in the FrendzLive app at checkout are final and prevail in case of any difference. Prices may change for future purchases; completed purchases are not affected.
Taxes
Prices are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise at checkout. A tax invoice can be requested from support@zoiwo.com. GSTIN: 08AAEFZ1889L1ZD.
Payment methods
Payments are processed securely by third-party payment processors. Available methods are shown at checkout and may include UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and wallets. Zoiwo does not store your full card details.
No hidden charges
There are no subscription fees or automatic renewals unless clearly stated at checkout before you pay. You are charged only for the credits or service you choose to buy.
Refunds
FrendzLive provides a 7-day refund request period for eligible failed, technical, duplicate-payment, or genuine service-related payment issues. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
