Who we are
Zoiwo is a partnership firm based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. Zoiwo is the legal and business entity behind FrendzLive.
FrendzLive is a product and service brand operated by Zoiwo. It is not a separate registered company.
What FrendzLive does
FrendzLive is an online platform that provides one-to-one live consultation and conversation services for adults aged 18 or older. Users can connect with available hosts and consultants for one-to-one sessions in permitted categories, including:
- Astrology consultation
- General conversation
- Random talk
- Personal discussion
- Other permitted consultation and conversation categories
Live Streaming. Hosts and consultants can also go live and broadcast to many viewers at once. Each host decides whether to offer one-to-one sessions, live streams or both. One-to-one sessions are paid as per the host's plan; live streams are free to watch. Live streams are free to watch for users aged 18 or older, are not recorded or saved for replay, and follow the same community rules as one-to-one sessions.
FrendzLive is intended for legitimate consultation and conversation services. It is not a dating platform, an adult-entertainment platform or an escort service, and sexual or adult services of any kind are prohibited. See the 18+ / Community & Safety Policy.
How customers pay
Customers purchase credits or an applicable paid service on FrendzLive and use them for eligible one-to-one sessions. The customer's payment is made to Zoiwo / FrendzLive through a third-party payment processor. Customers do not pay hosts or consultants directly; Zoiwo handles host and consultant compensation separately under its own commercial arrangement.
Our commitments
- Strictly 18+: the service is not offered or marketed to minors.
- FrendzLive does not record 1-to-1 calls or live streams.
- Live streams are free to watch.
- Prices are shown on the platform before purchase.
- A clear Refund & Cancellation Policy with a 7-day refund request period for eligible failed, technical, duplicate-payment, or service-related payment issues.
